This was my first time going to Fatou she basically played in my babies head. This service was not good at all. She was very nice and sweet to my daug...hter but she should not be in a salon yet. The braids were not neat, there was way too much product but in her hair, way too much hair added, and when I took down the braids and washed her hair there was tons of shampoo like she didn’t even rinse her hair. I contacted the owner she offered to have Fatou redo the braids but I chose not to put my baby through that again Show more

I had a silk press with a protein treatment, highlights and trim. I wish I would have thought to take a before picture so y’all could really see what ...she was working with because baby my head was a mess when I went in from sweating so much. I was nervous about the highlights because my hair is natural and I had went to another spot in Columbus a couple years back, and my hair did not take at all, and I went to a place in Cleveland and my hair did not take at all so when I say Shanna did her thing, you see these highlights!!!! I received so many compliments on how healthy my hair looked, and how vibrant the highlights were. She is again very thorough very conscientious of her work such a sweetheart and very calming. The first was a before picture the morning of, the others are pictures after. Shanna did a amazing job! My grandaughter hair is natural and looks so h...ealthy in the after pictures. This was her first silk press with a deep conditioning and trim. She did not rush through and was very thorough. Very personable and a sweet spirit. Clean shop, I was very comfortable. I did not have a wait her appt started on time. We were in and out. She was not working on multiple heads. She made my grandaughter feel comfortable and did wonders for her self esteem. We drove a little over a hour and will definitely be a regular. Show more
