Hannah was very professional arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. My son estimated time for his hair was 2hours she completed in 1h...our. The style that I requested Hannah to do for my son was Two-Strand Twist. Her parts and the works she did was extremely neat. My son and I were pleased with it and this was our first time. If I could rate 0 I would. I had a 10a appt at 1030ish, she had not arrived and I asked if she was still coming to which she replied yes and she just... woke up and would take 40 minutes to get to me. I had plans so asked to reschedule at 6pm. She did not respond but I did see she read my text. And then 6pm came and went and needless to say my hair has still not been done. This isn’t my first time using her and normally she’s fast and comes to me which I love but this was wildly unprofessional. Editing to address the response. The 10 appts. includes appts I’ve cancelled. You’ve done my hair maybe 4 times, all of which you were some amount of late for which I didn’t really mind because like I said you were fast and did a good job and you were coming to me. But yes, after 4 appointments, I’m rating you a 1 cause that was wild to do to someone who has clearly been loyal. Show more
